Content Policy

2. Age Verification Requirement

All users must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing adult content. We enforce an age gate on every session. In jurisdictions subject to mandatory age verification laws (including but not limited to Texas HB 1181, Louisiana HB 142, and similar statutes enacted pursuant to the Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton Supreme Court guidance), we comply with applicable state law.

We implement prompt/inference-level blocks to prevent the generation of content depicting or implying the involvement of minors. Attempts to bypass these controls via jailbreaking, prompt injection, or other methods are prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content Categories

In addition to the absolute prohibitions in Section 1, the following content is prohibited:

• Real person deepfakes without consent: Any AI-generated sexual content depicting a real, named, or clearly identifiable person without documented consent. This includes public figures, celebrities, and private individuals.
• Non-fictional violence or gore: Graphic depictions of real-world violence, torture, gore, or snuff content.
• Hate content: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Terrorism & incitement: Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating terrorism, mass violence, or acts of war against civilian populations.
• Doxing & personal information: Revealing or requesting personally identifiable information of real individuals without consent.
• Malware & exploits: Using the Service to generate, host, or distribute malicious code, phishing content, or cyberattack tools.
• Intellectual property violation: Generating content that reproduces copyrighted works or uses trademarks in unauthorized ways.

4. Permitted Adult Content

Uncutly.AI is an adult platform and permits the generation of consenting adult sexual content, subject to the restrictions in this policy and our Terms of Service. Permitted content includes:

• Fictional AI-generated adult imagery featuring clearly adult (18+) subjects.
• Fantasy, artistic, or stylized adult content not depicting real identifiable persons.
• Erotic fiction and narrative content not targeting or depicting real individuals without consent.

All generated personas are entirely synthetic. Any resemblance to real persons is unintentional. Content depicting real people requires documented consent filed with hello@uncutly.ai before publication.

5. User Upload Responsibility

If you upload images to the platform as generation inputs ("face swap" reference photos, style references, etc.), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have explicit authorization to use the uploaded image for AI generation.
• If the image depicts an identifiable real person, you have that person's documented, explicit, and informed consent for use in adult AI generation.
• The subject of any uploaded image is 18 years of age or older.
• The upload does not violate any applicable law, intellectual property right, or privacy right.

We reserve the right to scan uploaded images for CSAM using PhotoDNA hash-matching and other detection technologies. We permanently ban accounts uploading prohibited content.

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

• Automated filtering: All prompts and uploaded images pass through automated classifiers before generation to block prohibited requests.
• Human review: Flagged content undergoes human moderator review within 24 hours.
• Strikes: First violation results in a content removal and warning. Second violation results in a 30-day suspension. Third violation results in permanent ban.
• Zero-tolerance exceptions: CSAM and NCII result in immediate permanent ban with no warning, regardless of prior strike history.
• Appeal process: Account actions (except mandatory legal takedowns) may be appealed within 14 days by contacting hello@uncutly.ai.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours. Use our content report & takedown form or contact us via the channels below.

8. DMCA / Copyright

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Send notices to hello@uncutly.ai including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature (physical or electronic).

9. Policy Updates

We review and update this Content Policy regularly as laws and platform capabilities evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
